						通过对色布清洗后的色光、强力、摩擦牢度等物理性质的测试以及与常规高温清洗工艺比较后,找出最佳洗涤工艺:(1)配方,洗染色涤纶布时,清洗剂用量为1 ̄2g/L,纯碱2g/L;洗染色涤/棉布时,只要用清洗剂,其用量为1g/L;(2)工艺流程,节能清洗剂洗涤(70℃,20min),热水冲洗(2min)、冷水冲洗(1min)。

					With regard to poor wet rubbing fastness of cotton fabric with reactive dyes, in this paper, through macromonomer radical copolymerization, water polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) hybrid latexes were synthesized by toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI), polyethylene glycol 1000,dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), methyl acrylate (MA) and so on as a novel fixing agent.
						
						本文针对活性染料湿摩擦牢度较低的缺点,以甲苯-2,4二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG1000)、二羟甲基丙酸、三乙胺、丙烯酸酯等为原料,通过溶液自由基共聚制备了水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液作为固色剂。
