					In this letter,we first design the waveguide structure of a large-mode-field double-cladding Photonic Crystal Fiber(PCF) and then fabricate a high numerical aperture and large mode-field Yb3+-doped double-cladding PCF for the first time in China by using the patent technologies with our own IPR.
