主料
鸡腿2只，人参3克，阿胶15克。
配料
盐少许，麻油数滴。
做法
1、用刀背略为拍打鸡腿，使其肉质松软，然后装入炖盅。
2、往盅中投入人参、阿胶，调入盐，加入适量沸水，约炖1小时。
3、食时滴入麻油。
特点
色红味美
药用价值
鸡腿味甘，性温；阿胶味甘，性平；人参味甘、微苦，性温。本品具温中益气、添精补髓、滋阴润燥、止血补血之功效，对虚劳咳嗽至咯血、病后体虚、子宫出血、鼻出血、消渴水肿、产后乳少、心悸不寐、脾虚肢冷等一切虚弱病症均有疗效。
