| 鲳 butterfish 硬骨鱼纲鲈形目鲳科鲳属鱼类的统称。又称车扁鱼、镜鱼。上等海产经济鱼类。广泛分布于印度洋非洲东岸，东至中国、朝鲜和日本。中国沿海均产，主要有银鲳、灰鲳和中国鲳。 鲳鱼体卵圆形，侧扁。尾柄短。头小、吻短而钝。眼小。口小，前位。食道有一侧囊，囊内具乳头状突起。鳃耙粒状。体被小圆鳞。侧线与背缘平行。无腹鳍，尾鳍分叉。体背部青灰色，腹部乳白色，具银色光泽。 鲳为近海洄游性中上层鱼类，平时分散栖息于潮流缓慢的海区，冬季在黄海南部和东海弧形海沟内越冬，栖息水深不超过130米。银鲳喜在阴影中群集。成鱼主食水母、底栖动物和小鱼；幼鱼主食小鱼、箭虫、桡足类等。由于鲳平时栖息比较分散，群体小，不适于拖网集中捕捞，仅作为兼捕对象。中国一般采用鲳鱼流网、鲳鱼帘和打洋网、围罾等捕捞。用定置网捕捞鲳的幼鱼。鲳一般供鲜销，也可制成罐头。鱼鳞可制发光材料。 |
