duolingzhi naihuo xionwei多晶质耐火纤维(polyerystaline:efraetoryfibre)人工合成的多晶体纤维状隔热耐火材朴。采用特殊工艺(如胶体法)，把氧化铝、氧化错等高级耐火氧化物制成衬火纤维，从微观结构上看，它是由晶粒小于50卜m的徽晶体组成。它柔软，具有弹性和强度，耐火性能较好。 已在工业上应用的多晶质耐火纤维主要有莫来石质纤维、氧化铝纤维、氧化错纤维等。 多晶质耐火纤维的制造方法有两种，即胶体法和先驱体法。胶体法是先将原料制成胶体，经纤维化，再热处理.先驱体法是把原料制成溶液，随后被先驱体(一种膨化了的有机纤维)吸收，再进行热处理。控制一定的热处理制度，就可制得多晶纤维。 多晶质耐火纤维已在实验室高温箱式电炉、锻造加热炉、连续轧钢加热炉、陶瓷工业窑护等高温设备中使用，使用温度1200~1400oC。(见氧化铭衬火纤维、莫来石质衬火纤维、氧化格衬火纤维) (王全相)
