This paper relates the preparation of blocked and waterborne polyurethane with the main materials of 4,4 - diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and polyglycol(Mw = 400) (PEG), the blocking agent of sodium bisulfite.
叙述了以PEG和MDI为主要原料,以NaHSO_3为封闭剂,合成了封端型水系聚氨酯,再与配伍性良好的阻燃剂FRC-1复合成一种耐久型的阻燃整理液,通过该整理液添加相关助剂对涤纶织物的阻燃整理,探讨了影响整理效果的主要因素,并优化了整理工艺条件,初步探讨了其耐久的阻燃整理机理,且试验结果表明,新制整理剂对涤纶织物具有耐久的阻燃整理效果。
