性质:CO和水蒸气在催化剂作用下转化为H2和CO2的反应。有时又称水蒸气变换反应。在大型合成氨生产中,大多采用两级变换工艺,即中温变换和低温变换,以脱除原料气中的CO,避免合成氨催化剂中毒。在由合成气合成甲醇和低碳醇、由合成气合成二甲醚等工艺过程中,也存在水汽变换反应。它是以消耗碳源为代价换取氢气的一种工艺过程。
