A new mixing modification method of soft PVC with nano-inorganic substances is introduced in this paper; by grafting reactions between the high-active-group of PVC and the hydroxy-groups and carbonxy-groups carried by nano carbon black, the conductivity and flexibility of the new conducting material will be greatly improved.
