The causes, passageway and harm of rice pollution were analyzed, For the aim of putting an end of rice pollution and developing green rice , the strategies and measures are proposed as follows: administering by the government on advanced science and technology; supervising varieties best for the production of green rice; studying culture technology for production of green rice.
