性质:进行红外光谱研究和红外吸收光谱分析用的装置。由光源、迈克尔逊干涉仪(Michelson interferometer)、探测器和计算机组成。与色散型红外光谱仪工作原理不同。光源红外辐射通过迈克尔逊干涉仪变成干涉图,通过试样后得到带有样品信息的干涉图,经信号放大记录在磁带上,输入计算机处理。干涉图经模拟-数字转换器(A/D)计算后,再经数字-模拟转换器(D/A),由波数分析器扫描,便可由x-y记录器或绘图仪绘出透过率对波数关系的红外光谱图。
