制法:①将竹笋去壳,洗净,切片;大米淘洗干净,备
用。
②锅内加水适量,放入大米煮粥,八成熟时加入笋片、
熟猪油、精盐,再煮至粥熟,调入味精即成。
每日2次,连服5-7天。
功效:竹笋性寒,味甘,有清热化痰、益气和胃、生津
止渴等功效,可用于治疗阴血亏虚、烦热消渴、妊娘眩晕诸
症。
适应症:先兆子痫及发热头痛等。
