【森林成灾面积】林木损毁达到一定程度以上的单位受害面积。如森林火灾的成灾面积是指在受害的单位面积内成林被烧死或烧毁株数在30%以上，幼林株数在印%以上者。同理，由于各种自然灾害(如火灾、风灾、雪灾、洪灾等)和病虫害(如松毛虫等)造成的林木损毁，在其单位面积的损失达到一定比例时，可称为成灾面积。
