gaoya yibu diandong」1 tiaoshi高压异步电动机调试(eommissioning of Hvascynehronous motor)对额定电压为zooov及以上电压等级的异步电动机的调整、试验、参数整定、试运转的作业过程。 高压异步电动机及其供电、传动控制系统的调试和低压异步电动机墓本相同(见低压异步电动机调试)，裕增加的调试项目有:承受高压部分的高压试验，有绝缘电机轴承座的绝缘检查;运行时轴电压的测定。进行高压试验时，试验用的高压电源设备应有足够的容量，试验电压应在高压侧用专用的测童装t测定，同时在被试物和试验电源接地端间并联过电压保护装贵(如球状间隙放电装置)，以防意外的过电压使被试物受到损害.绕线型电机转子绕组还应进行与其额定电压相应的耐压试验。轴承座的绝缘应在轴承座和绝缘板安装完毕后，转子安装前用兆欧表测定。电机试运转时应测量轴电压，轴承座与底板间电压应接近两轴端电压。 高压电机试运行的时间一般为2h。 (白洪俊宋世华)
