houban厚板(heavy plate)厚度在4mm以上的板材。厚钢板的厚度范围为4~12omm,ZOmm以下的常称中厚板,60mm以上的是特厚板,最大厚度可达soomm。厚钢板的宽度范围为600一3800mm,最大可达s000mm。由于船舶制造、桥梁建筑、石油化工、交通运输、军事工业等部门的迅速发展,以及用板料焊接构件、钢管及型钢的广泛应用,需要大量宽而长的优质厚板,因而厚板生产得到迅速发展。(见彩图插页第4页)厚板采用热轧方式生产,在热轧过程中以严格的热轧工艺制度(见厚板生产)保证其组织性能和力学性能;控制温度和清除氧化铁皮尤为重要。厚板材质日益向合金化发展,厚板生产规模日益向大型化发展,厚板轧机则日益向重型化、高速化和自动化方向发展。 (李生智李隆旭)
