巷道支护问题一直是煤矿安全生产和建设的难题之一,根据深井大断面沿空掘巷难支护的特点,数值模拟分析了加固巷道不同部位的效果及其机理,提出"强顶、固帮、控底"全断面控制深井大断面沿空掘巷底臌变形的技术思路,并应用于工程实践,取得了良好的技术经济效果。

喷锚支护

   把锚固和喷混凝土结合起来,用以加固地下洞室围岩的措施。喷混凝土是利用喷浆设备向地下洞室开挖面喷一定厚度的混凝土层,借以支护围岩。由于混凝土喷层密贴围岩,并具柔软性等特点,所以能承受较大荷载,并能控制围岩变形,充填胶结岩体表层裂隙,保护和发挥岩体的潜力。喷混凝土可以作为洞室围岩的初期支护,也可以作为永久性支护。喷锚支护是使锚杆、混凝土喷层和围岩形成共同作用的体系,防止岩体松动、分离。把一定厚度的围岩转变成自承拱,有效地稳定围岩。当岩体比较破碎时,还可以利用丝网拉挡锚杆之间的小岩块,增强混凝土喷层,辅助喷锚支护。
