性质:又称壳管式换热器。管式换热器的一种。主要由许多管子所组成的管束构成。管束的两端分别固定在两块花板上,并安放在一个圆筒形的壳体内。进行热交换时,一种流体流经管内,另一种流体在器壳与管子间流动。当管内的流体一次通过所有管子直接流出时,称做单程列管式换热器。为了提高换热效率,有在器身两端的分配室内增置若干隔板,将全部管子分为若干组,流体只能先流过一组管子,再流入另一组管子,最后由出口流出。这种换热器称做多程列管式换热器,例如有双程、七程等。有的在管间装置挡板以提高管间流体的流速。操作时,外壳与管子因其温度有差异而发生不同程度的热膨胀。为避免管子被应力扭弯,必须考虑采取补偿办法,如补偿圈补偿和U形管补偿等。优点是:(1)设备紧凑,体积小,传热面积大,很适用于大工业生产;(2)可竖立安装,也可横卧安装。是目前化工生产中用得最广的一种换热器。
