地方性斑疹伤寒
又称"鼠型斑疹伤寒"。是由摩氏立克次体经鼠蚤媒介所致急性传染病。本病流行全世界，解放后我国极为少见。是人偶然被鼠蚤叮咬受感染而发病。若人群中有人虱寄生，亦可通过人虱为媒介在人群中传播。临床起病较急，表现有头痛、疲乏、胃纳差、发热(呈*稽留热型或弛张型），结膜充血、鼻衄、70～80％患者出现皮疹。皮疹的形态、大小、颜色很不一致，初发于胸、腹部，继之播及全身。严重者出现烦燥不安、谵妄、昏迷、脑膜刺激征，以及脾肿大。文斐试验可辅助诊断。四环素族抗生素及氯霉素对本病有特效。
