【来源】
为五加科植物大叶三七的叶。植物形态详"竹节三七"条。
【采集】
夏至至小暑节间,当枝叶茂盛时采收,摊开阴干,扎成小把。
【药材】
干燥叶多枯干皱缩,呈黄绿色。展开后为掌状复叶,小叶5片,椭圆形,长2.5~7厘米,宽2~3厘米,边缘有细锯齿,背面叶脉上有小毛刺。质脆易碎。叶柄细长,长4~8厘米,粗3~5毫米,表面有纵向沟纹。气微香,味苦。以干燥、色绿、完整、气香者为佳。 产于四川、陕西等地。 本品在市场上亦作人参叶用,参见"人参叶"条。
【性味】
《四川中药志》:"性微寒,味苦甘,无毒。"
【归经】
《四川中药志》:"入心、肺、胃三经。"
【功用主治】
清热,生津,利咽。治热邪伤津,口干舌燥,心烦神倦,风火牙痛。 ①《中药志》:"利咽喉,生津液,亮嗓音。" ②《四川中药志》:"生津止渴。治暑热伤津,口干舌燥,心烦神倦,虚热上干清阳而头昏目眩。" ③《本草推陈》:"煎汤治风火牙痛,有清凉降火之功。" ④《陕西中药志》:"清肺,止渴,生津。作茶茗常服,有滋补强壮之效。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,1~4钱;或浸酒。
【选方】
治骨蒸劳热,腰腿痛,防中暑:参叶三钱。水煎服或泡茶饮。(《陕西中草药》)
