制作过程:
1 、琼脂内加少许水,加热融化
2、鲜豌豆剁碎,用金属网过滤一遍,成豌豆泥
3、热锅滑油后,放入豌豆泥煸炒,逐渐加糖,炒至稠浓能堆起时,加琼脂水炒匀,倒入垫有保鲜膜的盘内,刮平盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱,冷藏定型。食用时切成小块即可。
