This paper introduces the operation of deep casing taking in Sazhong development area in Daqing Oil Field and analyzes the characteristic and field application effect of two kinds of deep casing taking technique.
主要介绍了在大庆油田萨中开发区开发的深部取套施工情况 ,分析了“示踪保鱼 ,内割取套”及“不处理变点 ,直接套铣外割取套”二种深部取套工艺的特点及现场应用效果 ,总结了目前深部取套工艺的适用范围 :适用于套损深度小于 90 0m的错断井、破裂、外漏井的治理 ;适用于套损通径大于 6 0mm ,能够下入示踪管柱防止鱼顶丢失的套损井 ;适用最大井斜角小于 3°,最大井眼曲率小于5° 30m的套损井 ;当油水井套管内被落物卡死 ,磨铣、打捞无效时 ,可以应用深部取套技术 ,取出卡阻段套管 ,下入新套管 ,恢复其正常生产 ;油层部位套损的井 ,套管补接后固井质量较差 ,固井技术还不完善 ,目前不宜进行深部取套施工。
