对两种不同开口规律的离散孔波纹板进行了实验研究,分析了来流气动参数及波纹板的开孔规律等几何参数对冷却效率的影响,建立了离散孔波纹板气膜冷却对流换热模型,用最小二乘法拟合了相应的关系式及关系曲线,并将有关结果与离散孔平板进行了对比研究,得出了离散孔波纹板,尤其是在其波峰与波谷之间开有大孔的离散孔波纹板,在其波峰与波谷之间,冷却效率较低,在孔板的尾端,其冷却效率的增长比离散孔平板明显加快。
