本研究工作以从海洋无脊椎动物中寻找天然药物活性前体为目的,首次对中国山东沿海常见的21种海洋无脊椎动物粗提物进行了多种模型的药理活性测定,包括抗肿瘤、抑菌、免疫调节及α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性等方面的生物活性筛选,并对其中活性强生物量较大的3种海洋无脊椎动物--海筒螅Tubuaria marina Torrey、罗氏海盘车Asterias rollestoni和海燕Asterina pectinifera--的化学成分进行了分离纯化,从中分离出纯化合物17个,并运用一维核磁共振谱(1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT)、二维核磁共振谱(HMQC、HSQC、1H-1H COSY、HMBC、NOESY、TOCSY)、红外光谱(IR)和质谱(EIMS、FABMS、HRFABMS)等现代光谱分析技术鉴定了这些化合物的结构,其中2个为首次发现的新化合物。
