| 冰港水电站是哥伦比亚河支流斯内克河上兴建的最下一级水电站，在下纪念碑水电站以下约50km处，离斯内克河流入哥伦比亚河的入汇口帕斯科镇不到30km。最大坝高63m；坝址处多年平均流量1350m3/s，水库正常蓄水位134m，总库容5.01亿m3，有效库容0.3亿m3；水电站发电水头30m，总装机容量60.3万kW，年均发电量27.2亿kW·h。工程以发电为主，兼有航运等综合效益。所建船闸为单级船闸，长205.5m、宽26.2m，槛上水深4.57m，提升高度31.4m，年通过能力310万t(1986年)。工程于1961年开始投产发电。 |
