Glutamine-bioactive peptides can overcome these shortcomings,but only the Glutamine-bioactive peptides such as Gly-Gln and Ala-Gln were applied in clinic presently,and the high price,low synthesis quantity also limit application of the two synthesis dipeptides.

The physical and chemical properties of glutamine-bioactive peptides (GBP) which were prepared by hydrolyzing wheat protein by bienzyme method, including solubility, osmotic pressure, content of NaCl and relative molecular mass, were investigated and their antioxidation and anti-fatigue effects of glutamine-bioactive peptides on mice were evaluated.
采用双酶分步水解法制备谷氨酰胺活性肽(glutamine-bioactive peptides,GBP),研究其溶解度、渗透压、NaCl含量、相对分子质量四个理化指标;并以小鼠为对象,进行GBP的抗氧化和抗疲劳效果研究。
