原料:
质地较硬土豆500克 牛奶0.2升 稀奶油0.1升 蒜头1瓣 肉豆蔻末适量 桂皮粉少许 黄油10克 精盐和胡椒粉各适量
制法:
（1）烤箱加热，温控开关调至200度；蒜瓣去衣，在一个大的平底锅上用压蒜钳将蒜榨汁；加入牛奶和奶油，用文火烧开。
（2）土豆削皮，洗净，控干；用切片机将土豆切成很薄的圆片，然后与精盐、胡椒粉、桂皮粉和肉豆蔻末一起倒入锅中烧煮5分钟，小心地翻动土豆片。
（3）在长26厘米宽18厘米的烤盘内刷上黄油，倒入土豆，用扁铲将表面整平，然后放进烤箱总烘烤约50分钟，直至烙土豆表层呈金黄色，趁热连盘上桌。
