用料：
1、胡萝卜一个切小丁。2、土豆一个切小丁。3、番茄一个切小丁。4、鸡肉（猪肉也可）二两切细丝。5、玉米粒一汤勺。6、豌豆一汤勺。7、糖半咖啡匙。8、白醋一小匙。9、盐适量。
做法：
1、锅中加半锅水置旺火上烧沸，倒入土豆和胡萝卜丁中火煮软。
2、倒入肉丝煮约两分钟。
3、再下玉米粒、豌豆煮约五分钟。
4、下番茄丁煮沸后，将淀粉、盐、糖、醋加适量水兑成汁后勾芡。
5、起锅装盆即可开吃。
