The causes of ring formation in rotary lime kilning are analyzed from the perspectives of mechanism and technology,and measures for inhibiting ring formation are put forward.

| 明矾石 alunite 硫酸盐矿物。成分为KAl3[SO4]2(OH)6。成分中的钾可被钠类质同象代替，当钠的原子数超过钾时称钠明矾石。三方晶系，晶体少见。一般呈隐晶质的块状或土状集合体。白色，因含杂质而呈浅灰、浅红、浅黄或红褐色，玻璃光泽，底面解理中等，莫氏硬度3.4～4，比重 2.6～2.8 。明矾石为中、酸性火山岩经过低温热液作用蚀变而成。中国浙江苍南、安徽庐江和福建福鼎的白垩系火山岩中都有大量产出。主要用于制取明矾和硫酸铝，也用来制造钾肥、硫酸和炼铝。 |
