Considering the difficult situation of depth controlling in seabed dredging operation, a plan of real-time surveying for seabed dredging operation is set forth, in which, the real-time kinetic phase-difference GPS is combined with the four beams echo sounder to study some problems such as positioning accuracy, seabed acoustic coverage, auto-tidal observation and seafloor beam distortion.
