!luhuo bershQO硫化焙烧(sulphidizing roasting)矿物原料还原焙烧工艺之一,即难选金属氧化矿加入硫化剂在还原气氛下加热,使有用组分转变为固态金属硫化物(焙砂)的工艺过程。焙砂经物理选矿富集可获得合格精矿。常用的硫化剂为黄铁矿,也可用元素硫、硫酸钠、石膏等。还原剂用粉煤、焦炭。矿石经硫化焙烧处理后,能取得较好的技术经济指标,但此法生产费用较高,应用受到限制。氧化矿的硫化焙烧工艺与还原焙烧相似,只是炉料中需预先混入所需的硫化剂。 (熊志章)
