Based on the data of leaching test and pour water extraction test by pressure,in this paper the absorption and migration behaviors of some characteristic contaminants are discussed and the environmental capacity of Chengdu Clay,related to some heavy metals such as Pb~2+ and Cr~6+,is calculated,and their accumulating levels in a certain number of years in the clay are predicted.
