Gallium is separated from the Ph-Sn alloy by N235 extraction column chromatography． In 6mol／L HCl medium, the adsorption rate of Ga can attain to over 99% and few Pb and Sn will be adsorbed． The adsorbed Ga can be stripped with 0．25mol／L H2SO4 and then determined by Rodamln B spectrophotometry.
