| 浸取 leaching 用溶剂浸渍固体混合物以分离可溶组分及残渣的单元操作。又称固液萃取。浸取所处理的物料，有天然的或经火法处理的矿物，也有生物物质，如植物的根、茎、叶、种子等。浸取可分为物理浸取、化学浸取和细菌浸取。物理浸取是单纯的溶质溶解过程，所用的溶剂有水、醇或其他有机溶剂。化学浸取用于处理矿物，常用酸、碱及一些盐类的水溶液，通过化学反应，将某些组分溶出。细菌浸取用于处理某些硫化金属矿，靠细菌的氧化作用，将难溶的硫化物转变为易溶的硫酸盐而转入浸出液中。浸取法分离可溶组分的步骤一般为：①溶剂与固体物料密切接触，使可溶组分转入液相，成为浸出液。②浸出液与不溶固体（残渣）的分离。③用溶剂洗涤残渣，回收附着在残渣上的可溶组分。④浸出液的提纯与浓缩，取得可溶组分的产品。⑤从残渣中回收有价值的溶剂。 |
