| 交流电机 A.C.machine 实现机械能与交流电能相互转换的机械。交流电机是最常用的电机。由于电机工作状态的可递性，同一台电机既可作发电机又可作电动机。交流电机按品种可分为同步电机与异步电机两大类。同步电机转子的转速ns与旋转磁场转速相同，称为同步转速。ns与所接交流电的频率f及电机的磁极对数p之间的关系为 ns＝f／p。在中国，电源频率为50赫 ，因此二极电机同步转速为3000 转／分，四极电机同步转速为1500转／分，余类推。异步电机转子的转速则总是低于或高于旋转磁场的转速，两者之差（称为转差）通常在10％以内。交流电机（不管是同步还是异步）的转速受电源频率的制约，因而调速较为困难。交流电机一般采用三相制，因为三相交流电机与单相电机相比，无论在性能指标、原材料利用和价格等方面均有明显的优越性。 |
