Deducing from mathematical theory, this article draws the optimum parameter calcuation model of N-level cascade oxidizing pond design and proves the conclusion more general than Masra's conjecture.

In this paper,considering the situations of the oxidation ponds in Shizuishan City,the decontamination ability of oxidation ponds in different cases(the area is considered mainly) is calculated and predicted by using the Wehner-Wilhelm method.
