By analyzing the characteristic of multilayered vessels,the 2D parametric modeling system is developed by using the APDL language of ANSYS and temperature field is analyzed.

外科治疗方法之一。于创面上覆盖一层抗菌药物纱布后，再用厚2～3cm的吸水棉垫或纱垫覆盖，范围要超出创缘5cm，这些敷料均需平贴于创面上，切忌高低皱褶不平。然后再用绷带自肢体远端开始，均匀地加压包扎，肢端如无烧伤应要露出。包扎疗法有保护创面、防止再损伤、减轻疼痛、减少污染和及时引流创面渗液的作用。适宜于四肢损伤者或不合作者、削痂或切痂植皮手术后，转运患者时也宜用包扎疗法。但由于厚层敷料散热差，分泌物不易及时清除致浸渍创面，易使创面焦痂变潮湿、溶痂感染，不适宜于热带、亚热带地区和炎热季节。
