归芪鸡汤
材料：1、当归一钱、黄芪2钱、鸡骨架一只、水6碗
2、将鸡骨架块并放入开水中煮3分钟捞出。
3、接着放入黄芪放大火熬制约一个小时后再放入当归，再熬半小时即可饮用。
当归补血、黄芪补气，女人只要气血通顺，月经即会正常，亦可促进乳腺分泌健全。
