The paper analysed the characteristics of the existence of ore body and main technological proposes in Longtoushan gold deposit,to propose the technological measures about design and construction about short-hole shrinkage method,thus the ore loss and rock dilution were significantly reduced and ensure safety in production,and the better technological and economic profits were achieved.
