		   氧化硼别名三氧化二硼,化学式B2O3,分子量69.62。无色透明玻璃状固体或正交晶体。有吸湿性。溶于酸、碱溶液和乙二醇。溶于水成为硼酸。熔点450℃,沸点约1860℃。用来制硼,可做半导体的掺杂源,硅酸盐分解时的助熔剂。用硼酸加热脱水可制得本品。
