kuangChuang guominiingii Pinjia矿床国民经济评价(national econolny evaluation ofde-卿its)矿床揍术经济评价方法之一。是从国家角度对矿床勘探及开发进行国家利益分析，根据项目对增加国民收人和其他经济目标的贡献以确定矿床勘探、开发的可行性。在进行矿床技术经济评价中，对那些对国民经济许多部门有重大影响，涉及到产品出口或代替进口、中外合资经营及产品价格明显不合理的矿床，除进行企业经济评价外，还应进行国民经济评价。矿床勘探、开发的国民经济评价应遵守费用与效益计算范围相一致的原则。矿床开发的效益和费用除应包括产出物和投人物所体现的直接费用外，还应包括与其相关的间接效益和费用(外部效果)。例如矿床开发对周围环境的影响及电力、运输等相关部门的影响。对显著的“外部效果”要作定量分析，并计人项目的效益和费用，不能定量的要作定性的描述。国民经济评价一般应进行敏感性分析。其主要指标有:经济内部收益率、经济净现值和经济净现值率、投资净效益率、经济外汇净现值、经济换汇成本。(何贤杰余浩科)
