补充资料：茄汁溜花枝
材料： 花枝300克，熏肉一片，西洋芹1/4枝，洋葱1/4个，紫苏少许，番茄两杯（压碎）。
调料： 精盐1/2小匙，胡椒粉少许，大蒜少许，色拉油一大匙，面粉一大匙。
做法： ①花枝切花再切成适当大小，熏肉烫过切末，西洋芹、洋葱切末。
②把熏肉、西洋芹、洋葱放入容器中，加色拉油，不罩微波薄膜或加盖，加热2分钟。
③在②中加入番茄、面粉及大蒜，罩上微波薄膜或加盖，加热5分钟。中途须搅拌数次。
④倒入花枝及所有调料，罩上微波薄膜或加盖，加热4分钟。
⑤盛盘，再撒上切成丝的紫苏即可。
