典型型精原细胞瘤
病名。精原细胞瘤亚型之一。睾丸多呈弥漫性增大，外观光滑，灰色。少数粗糙，偶呈结节状。切面实性，黄白色，分叶状，质地均匀，间有散在坏死区，肿瘤无包膜。细胞形态一致，呈大圆形或多角形，胞膜清楚，胞浆透明，含糖原，偶有类脂质。核大，球形，居中，核膜清晰，染色质颗粒状，1～2个较大核仁，嗜碱性，瘤细胞呈巢状或散状排列。位于纤维组织内或旁的类上皮细 胞，或郎罕细胞构成的类结核结节为其特点。对放疗尤为敏感。
