non-touch isolation technic
为了减少肿瘤的转移复发，术中尽可能不直接触摸肿瘤，如肿瘤浸润出浆膜面，应先用纱垫包裹，尽早结扎相应静脉血流，避免瘤细胞的血行扩散。例如乙状结肠癌先结扎肠系膜下动静脉，并结扎肿瘤两端肠管。
