黄韧带
ligamentum flavum
几乎全由弹性纤维构成，上面附着于椎板的前下缘，下迄下一椎板的后上部，外侧连接于关节突的关节囊。两侧黄韧带从外向内并向后，在中线融合。黄韧带的宽度约等于椎管后壁的1/2，腰部最坚韧、厚实。穿刺时借助于穿刺针，可触知此韧带的坚实感，针再前进，一旦失去阻力，便知进入硬膜外间隙。
