胸腔穿刺术
thoracentesis
一种诊疗技术。用于检查胸膜腔积液的性质，以及抽液减轻压迫症状或通过穿刺给药。穿刺部位常选肩胛下角线第7～9肋间，也可选腋中线第6～7肋间或腋前线第5肋间。一次抽液不可过多(一般＜800ml）、过快，以免引起纵隔摆动而发生意外。抽出液体应立即送检。穿刺时应注意无菌操作并防止气胸发生。如穿刺时出现胸部压迫感、剧痛、昏厥、连续咳嗽、咳泡沫痰等现象时，应立即停止抽液。
