解剖名。为输精管管壁 之构成部分。由黏膜、肌膜和纤维膜构成。黏膜表面有数条纵行皱襞,至壶腹部皱襞变为细 而不规则 之突起,反复分支连成网。上皮为假复层柱状。壶腹陷窝上皮多呈立方形,腺样结构,具 分泌功能。肌层厚,分内外二层之纵行肌及中层之环行肌。肌层收缩有利于精子排出,纤 维膜则为疏松结缔组织,有血管及神经分布。
