		脑震荡
concussion of brain
头部遭受外力打击或剧烈震动后引起的轻度脑部损伤。脑损伤后临床表现有短暂脑功能障碍致意识丧失,而无确定的脑器质性改变的一种脑损伤。意识障碍在数秒、数分至半小时内恢复。其发病机制多认为与影响脑干网状结构功能有关,脑部也可能存在细微的病理改变。临床检查多无明显的阳性神经征象。患者清醒后不能叙述受伤经过,常伴有头痛、头昏、怕吵、耳鸣、健忘等症状,多于数日内逐渐消失。
