Ⅱ° burn
分深浅两种。浅Ⅱ度病变达真皮浅层，基底层轻度破坏，仅涉及部分生发层，有水疱、创面渗出、潮湿、发红、水肿明显、疼痛。深Ⅱ度损害达真皮深层，有皮肤附件残留，神经末梢几乎全部被破坏，局部感觉迟钝，需3～4周愈合，留有瘢痕。
