【处方】
金银花 210g 赤芍 210g 绵马贯众 70g
【制法】
以上三味，加水煎煮两次，每次1.5 小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩 至250ml,加乙醇至含醇量达50％，搅匀，放置过夜，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，并浓缩至相 对密度为1.28～1.30(50℃)的清膏。取清膏1份、蔗糖粉1.65份、 糊精1.5 份及乙醇适 量，制成颗粒，干燥，即得。
【性状】
本品为黄棕色的颗粒；味甜、微苦。
【鉴别】
取本品4g，研细，加醋酸乙酯15ml，置水浴上回流提取1 小时，放冷， 滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取绿原酸对照品，加甲 醇制成每1ml 含1mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取 供试品溶液10μl、 对照品溶液2μl，分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶 Ｇ薄层板上，以醋酸丁酯－甲酸－水 (14:5:5) 的上层溶液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾 干，置紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相 同颜色的荧光斑点。

应符合颗粒剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ C）。
【功能与主治】
清热解毒。用于外感风热引起的发热，头痛，鼻塞，喷嚏，咽痛 ，全身乏力、酸痛等症。
【用法与用量】
开水冲服，一次10g,一日3次；小儿酌减或遵医嘱。
【注意】
孕妇慎服。
