| 病毒性脑炎 viral encephalitis 由病毒引起的脑炎。多见于儿童。表现有畏寒 、发热、头痛、呕吐、意识障碍、惊厥，并可出现颅神经麻痹、肢体瘫痪和精神症状，如幻视、幻听、精神异常、言语障碍、兴奋躁动、抑郁等。体征可有脑膜刺激征和锥体束病理反射等。脑脊液检查有压力升高，外观呈无色透明，蛋白轻度升高，糖及氯化物量正常，白细胞数一般在0.1×10 9 ～0.2 ×109／升以内，不超过 0.5×109／升。病程早期多核占多数，以后单核占多数。确诊须靠病毒分离及血清学检查。近年来应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和蛋白质印迹法检测病毒核酸及特异性抗体，敏感性及特异性均很高。除疱疹性脑炎可用无环鸟苷或阿糖腺苷治疗外，均无特效治疗，以对症和支持疗法为主。预防采用以切断传播途径、杀灭虫媒和注射疫苗为主的综合性预防措施。 |
