巢鸭监狱位于日本东京都丰岛区的东池袋，是曾羁押过第二次世界大战的甲级战犯而闻名的监狱，今已不存在。
简史
巢鸭监狱建于1895年，当时称为警视厅监狱巢鸭支署，2年后改称为巢鸭监狱。1922年改称为巢鸭刑务所，专用以关押政治犯之用，1937年改名为巢鸭拘置所。在第二次世界大战结束前，有不少共产党人士被关在这所监狱。第二次世界大战结束后，日本为盟军所占领，此监狱被美军征用转用于关押远东军事法庭名列的战犯。如东条英机等人皆于受刑前被关押于此。1958年盟军归还后改称为东京拘置所，1970年，狱中已不再有战犯被关押，迁移至东京都葛饰区的小菅。
到了1971年，此监狱被拆除。拆除后改建成东京最高的大楼“阳光城”（サンシャインシティ）又称“阳光60”。
